What: "The Mourners: Tomb Sculptures from the Court of Burgundy"

"The Mourners: Tomb Sculptures from the Court of Burgundy" comprises 40 mourning figures, sculpted in white alabaster. Each exemplifies the highest standard of artistic achievement reached under John the Fearless, Duke of Burgundy, from 1404 to 1419. The exhibition is being presented in conjunction with "Bill Viola: Visitation," which explores themes of life and death by pioneer video artist Bill Viola. Admission to both exhibitions is $8 for adults, $6 for students and seniors, and $4 for children 6-12; it is free to all on Fridays. Museum hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday with extended hours until 9 p.m. on Friday.
