1. Tickets will be issued electronically whenever possible. When a paper ticket is required, it will be mailed or delivered to your office for distribution.
2. Last minute reservations will be handled on an individual basis. Options include: electronic ticket, ticketless, courtesy reservation or a pre-paid ticket. Arlines charge fees for pre-paid tickets and reissuance of lost tickets.
