Pertinent information regarding the travelers will be transferred to an automated Company Profile. This allows us to maintain a confidential record of each traveler’s personal preferences including airline seating, frequent flyer numbers, and preferred car and hotel companies. Our travel counselors will have immediate access to this data each time they make a reservation for you.
