AAA Travel is able to guarantee the lowest applicable airfare available at the time of ticketing through our automated booking system. Our travel counselors are trained to offer the lowest discounted fares applicable at the time of booking. By accepting these lower fares and booking in advance when possible, your travel expenditures can be reduced by a significant amount.

In order to assure the lowest fares, we employ the following procedures:

• When your travelers or travel planners call AAA Corporate Travel, we will quote the lowest possible fare for the desired itinerary.
• If a lower fare exists in the market, that fare will also be offered, along with an explanation of any restrictions or deviations that may apply.
• The final decision is the responsibility of the traveler, unless AAA Travel has been instructed differently.
• If the lowest fare cannot be secured at the time of booking the
  lowest available fare will be confirmed, and the reservation record will be priority waitlisted for a lower fare.
• It is our policy to ticket at the time of booking in order to guarantee the current fare level; however, AAA Travel utilizes a fully automated fare check audit system to monitor any new or reduced fares entering the market. If a lower fare is applicable and conforms with the parameters determined by the client, the itinerary will be re-booked and re-ticketed as required.
• AAA Travel has been very successful in negotiating corporate rates on behalf of our clients with various airlines. These rates may apply to all destinations served by a particular carrier, or just to specific routings and city pairs. These rates may not necessarily be the lowest fares in the market, but they do offer a significant savings off of the non-restricted coach fares normally used by the business traveler.
