AAA continuously monitors the performance of qualified facilities, making sure that standards are maintained. More importantly, AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities have agreed, by contract, to accept AAA as an independent and final authority in case of a dispute over repairs involving a AAA member's car.

When your vehicle is being serviced, at your request, the components that most frequently contribute to roadside breakdowns will be inspected at no charge. |
| Written estimate |
A written cost estimate of work will be provided at your request. The actual cost may not exceed the estimate more than 10% without your authorization. |
| Warranty |
All repairs, including both parts and labor, are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. |
| Returned parts |
Replaced parts are returned upon request, unless under a warranty or exchange program. |
| Dispute resolution |
AAA will investigate any dispute between a member and AAR facility. AAA's resolution will be accepted by the facility. You are not bound by AAA's decision and may seek other recourse. |
