AAA now offers rental replacement vehicles at specially negotiated rates to members whose vehicles are mechanically disabled. Providing a service that is unmatched throughout the industry, AAA-affiliated car rental offices are able to provide local pick-up and delivery service in your neighborhood at a typical savings of up to 20% or more off standard rates.
AAA realizes that when you call the Club for a tow, that's not what you really want. What you really want is a car that works. AAA already helps members get "On-The-Go" by providing quality maintenance and repair through our AAA Approved Auto Repair network. But in the meantime, you need reliable transportation. Now, when you call the Club for roadside assistance, you will have the opportunity to make arrangements for a rental car at special member-only rates following your request for towing service. With your permission, your call will be transferred to a rental car specialist who will qualify you for eligibility, determine vehicle availability, gather your pickup and return information, and transfer your call to a local car rental office to make further arrangements, if necessary.
What's more, AAA has arranged to make rental replacement vehicles available at all AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities throughout the Club's territory. After calling a special toll-free number, simply indicate the name of the facility you are calling from to receive your discounted member rate.
