Essential Job Requirements

Minimum of three years investigation skills and multi-line claim handling;
Ability to operate with a high degree of diplomacy and judgement. Experience handling total loss auto claims;
Ability to deal effectively with the public in person and on the telephone;
Automated claim systems environment. Fundamental understanding of tort law.
