Vacation, Holidays and Personal Holidays: AAA recognizes employees' needs to care for their children and elderly relatives as well as other obligations and provides two personal holidays after only three months of employment and six days of vacation after only six months. Employees receive 10 paid holidays each year and can earn up to 30 days of vacation per year based on length of service.
