Five Diamond Customer Service Awards: In AAA publications, a rating of 5 Diamonds is the best you can be. We award employees customer service awards based on the same achievement scale. Employees who earn their 5th Diamond must demonstrate service excellence by receiving at least three letters complimenting their service. These testimonial letters are evaluated based on criteria taught in the classroom. If the service excellence criteria have been met, the training instructor recommends the employee for the Five Diamond Award and the awards are presented by the president. AAA employees know their Five Diamond Awards are truly earned.
