Familiarization (FAM) Trips: Due to good business relationships with many travel vendors, many of our employees are eligible for Familiarization (FAM) trips. These trips are designed specifically to educate AAA employees who sell travel destinations, cruises or other travel products. Since AAA is synonymous with travel, providing eligible employees with the opportunity to learn about travel products and services makes us a better source of information.
