AAA employees receive discounts and other privileges in connection with services offered by the company. These benefits include:
- Auto Club membership - the employee receives a free AAA Plus membership
- Auto and Homeowners Insurance discounts
- Payroll deduction of premium payments; retired or disabled employees also may continue receiving the discounts
- Travel discounts - up to 25% of the commission generated from bookings. This also applies to their spouses and children under 21 years of age that travel with the employee
