Balancing the stressful demands of work and home every day is a never-ending challenge. Sometimes employees benefit from a little extra help. To incent our employees to get help when they need it, AAA offers both employees and their family members access to the United Behavioral Health Employees Assistance Program (EAP). Employees and their families can call the EAP at no charge through their 800 number and receive confidential counseling from experienced professionals. They also can access help by going to the EAP's web site to receive education on topics designed to help make life work better.
