This is also known as the President's meeting. In addition to an open door policy, AAA's President holds monthly meetings with a dozen or more employees selected at random. Employees are invited to attend an open forum meeting and are encouraged to bring their questions and those from their co-workers. AAA saw the need for this open communication more than 10 years ago when we started the "All Things Considered" meetings. The meetings have helped bridge the gap between management and employees through open, two-way communication; something the company encourages by example. After attending one of these meetings (if not before or through others' attending them), employees know what is important to our President and the President knows what is important to our employees.
